"First room (303) was unacceptable. Very shabby, springs broken on sofa, cheap carpet, drapes pulled off rod, curtains would not close, sink would not drain. Moved to room 400 - staff was very cooperative. This room was better, but still sofa had broken springs, potato chip crumbs (not mine) in front of sofa never vacuumed for entire stay. Neat historic bldg, but for $239 a night, definitely not worth it. Also, hotel needs high speed internet (or wireless) which is now a standard in hotels of this type."
